Field Supervisor
Metro Transit Systems is currently seeking a highly experienced Field Supervisor to join our team in the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW), Houston, Austin, and San Antonio areas. The Field Supervisor will oversee and manage security operations, ensuring the safety and security of client properties and personnel. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in security, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work flexible shifts.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate security personnel assigned to various client sites, including armed and unarmed security officers, vehicle patrol officers, and other security personnel.

Conduct regular site inspections and patrols to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards of service.

Monitor security performance and address any issues or concerns, providing guidance, support, and corrective action as needed.

Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing updates on security operations and incidents.

Conduct training and development sessions for security personnel, including new hire orientation, refresher training, and ongoing skills development.

Assist with scheduling, staffing, and deployment of security personnel to meet client needs and maintain adequate coverage at all times.

Respond to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms as needed, providing leadership and direction to security personnel and coordinating with law enforcement and emergency services as required.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in security, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.

Commissioned Security Officer License required.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve excellence.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and security management software.

Must possess all necessary duty gear and equipment.
